TEHRAN Nov 26 (Shana)--Iran’s Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zangeneh left Tehran on Wednesday to attend Thursday’s crucial ministerial meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.

Zangeneh left Tehran for Vienna where the 12-memebr OPEC is headquartered.

OPEC is holding a meeting to discuss falling prices.

Ministers from OPEC’s kingpin Saudi Arabia and Iraq have already arrived in Vienna.

Nearly one third of the world's oil supplies are supplied by OPEC, which has had a group output quota of 30 million barrels per day for the last three years.
