Speaking at a meeting with Vietnam ambassador to Iran and other officials from the country, Jalali said: "We have never offered excessive demands but we have always pursued our legitimate rights pertaining to having access to peaceful nuclear energy in the framework of international law."
He said, "We want to have access to updated knowledge and technology and we have enough talent and capabilities to attain it as the country has proved that it can move forward to obtain peaceful nuclear know-how despite tough sanctions."
“Past half and a year’s negotiations with 5+1 powers have proved our good will and at the same time it has been a sign of Iran’s authority when it sits with five permanent members of the security council on the same table to hold top level negotiations,” Jalali concluded.
