High Expectations Tied to IPC Conference: Polish Firm

TEHRAN, Nov. 28 (Shana) – Vice President of the Polish Petroleum and Gas Mining Company PGNiG said on Saturday that foreign as well as domestic participants of the Iran Petroleum Contracts (IPC) Conference in Tehran have high expectations from the event to secure investment in the Islamic Republic.

“It seems that after a seven-year pause, everything is set in the right direction and that a serious period in Iran’s oil industry has started,” Begoslav Sozanski told Shana on the sidelines of the two-day event.

The IPC conference is participated by 137 foreign firms including oil giants set to participate in Iran’s oil industry in the post-sanction era.

A follow-up conference will be held in London on February 22-24 after the IPC event in Tehran.
