GNI to Open Tehran Office Soon

TEHRAN, May 15 (Shana) – The representative of India's GNI Infrastructure at a bitumen conference in Tehran said his company is about to open its branch office in the Iranian capital, Tehran, soon now that the embargo era is sewing up, providing the grounds for arrival of international companies in the OPEC-member Iran.

Angad Rekhi, from GNI, speaking to Shana on the sidelines of the conference arranged by Argus here in Tehran, underlined removal of sanctions on Tehran's nuclear program, saying without the sanctions it would be easier for people to come to Tehran directly without needing to come first to Dubai and then to Tehran.
He said, "We can deal with Tehrani people directly and can open our offices here. They will also get a lot of investors. What Iranians have, no one has in the world."
Rekhi said he also introduced a newly-developed application during the event for online trading of bitumen.
Entitled BuyBitumen, the application is in fact a "Wikipedia" of bitumen market which gets all exporters, importers and users of the item on the same platform, he said.
"It makes the business easier and quicker and is useful to get better with the market about crude bitumen market and it is like the Wikipedia for the bitumen market, said Rekhi.
