PGPIC to Set Up 6 Petchem Facilities at 6bn euros

TEHRAN, Sept 20, (Shana) – The Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC) managing director Adel Nejad-Salim says his company will build 11 petrochemical facilities at a credit of six billion euros.

Nejad-Salim made the remark on the sidelines of his visit of the petrochemical units under construction in the cities of Gachsaran and Dehdasht in Kohgilouyeh-Boyerahmad.

He said so far, the credit for 11 petrochemical units has been financed by China.

He added that the projects have thus far shown 40 percent progress on the average and their operation will create jobs and play important role in country’s economy.
