Turkey Considers Joint Investment in South Pars

TEHRAN (PIN) – Turkey Minister of Energy Hilmi Guler who was on a visit in Assaluyeh yesterday said that Turkey considers joint initiative with Iran in South Pars gas field.

According to PIN, Assaluyeh Special Energy and Economic Zone PR reported that visiting the facilities at ASEEZ, Guler said: “We consider building such equipment in Ceyhan. My visit of the economic zone is very important from this point of view.”

He added that the equipment in South Pars and the amount of the investments in the region are very good.

Guler considered the giant South Pars gas field as one of the biggest in the world.

Heading a high ranking delegation, Guler visited the gas refineries of different phases of South Pars gas field in Assaluyeh, south of Iran.
