TEHRAN 4 September (Shana): Managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) says Iran is waiting for Turkey notice to resume gas export to the country.

In an interview with Shana, NIGC managing director, Javad Oji, said: according to state owned company BOTAS, the operation to repair the gas pipeline that has been started since 10 days ago, is in its final stage and it is expected gas transfer to start in next two days.

According to OJI, local gas transfer staffs are involved in coordinating the activities to resume gas export. He added gas transfer to Turkey would be resumed immediately after BOTAS to declare its readiness to take gas.
