About 1.160 million tons of the products have been offered to the domestic market, up by 10 percent when compared with similar period last year.

Most of the domestic customers were downstream and intermediary industries plus petrochemical units using petrochemical products as feedstock.

Bandar Imam Petrochemical Corporation is also involved in prompt gasoline production plan having allocated some of its production lines to this end. 

Having high production capacity, Bandar Imam petrochemical complex produces some petrochemical items as Ethane, propane, butane, pentane, ethylene, fuel oil, benzene, heavy aromatics and other products. The complex is the first producer of petrochemical products in Mahshahr region south of Iran.
