The agreement is to be signed between PetroEdge and North Drilling Company (NDCO) of Iran.
The Iranians who follow the training course will be awarded international certificate by PetroEdge.
NDCO is seeking to train its engineers for broader activities inside Iran as well as in Caucasus and Southwest Asia.
