The hookup operations (linking pipelines to the platforms) for platforms B and C of phase 12 will be completed by the end of next month in the Persian calendar Shahrivar (August 23- September 22).
When completed, phase 12 of the giant South Pars gas field is expected to yield 3 mcm a year of sweet gas to be fed to the national trunkline.
The phase is the largest phase of the gas field in terms of investment, production level and the volume of works needed to be done and PetroPars company has been commissioned to launch its development projects by the Petroleum Ministry.
