Bahram Nezamolmolki said the projects, being operated by 30 Iranian companies, are worth 4.357 billion dollars.
He said the projects are under way in Ethiopia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, South Africa, Afghanistan, Algeria, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Sudan, Iraq , Oman and Kenya.
He said that water and electricity projects make up a 60-percent share in Iran’s total technical and engineering services exports.
The official said the projects are mainly dam construction, power plant and treatment facilities.
He said talks are under way with Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Bolivia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Zimbabwe, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Oman, Ghana, Qatar, Kenya, Cuba, Lebanon, Niger and Venezuela for 45 projects valued at 2.453 billion dollars.
He also said that 32 Iranian companies have so far accomplished 229 projects, worth 1.567 billion dollars, abroad.
