Kermanshah oil refinery is the second oldest oil refining complex in the country after Abadan oil refinery, which started refining operation in 1922.
Located west of the country, the refinery’s daily throughput stands at 20 thousand barrels.
The refinery takes crude oil from Naftshahr, Ahvaz, Asmari and Maleh.
Liquefied gas, gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, gasoil, fuel oil, normal pentane and hexane are the main products of the refinery.
