“Efforts are under way for the country’s refining capacity to reach 3 mb/d by the [calendar year] 1397 (which starts in March 2019),” Mansour Moazzami said.
He said that construction of eight gas condensate refineries, under Siraf refining park project, would bring Iran’s refining capacity from 1.8 mb/d to 2.28 mb/d.
