Managing director of the National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) Haidar Bahmani made the remarks, adding no organization can achieve its targets without planning, understanding capabilities, organizational commitment, collective thought and wisdom.
He said NIDC competes with others in tenders based on offering competitive prices, adding being cost-effective and deploying human resources capabilities are the top priorities of the company.
During the introducing ceremony NIDC’s managing director introduced Darush Raisi as the director of human resources division. New persons also were appointed as heads of contracts and low divisions.
