During the period, the plant operated at 102.6% of its rated capacity and was ranked as the 6th most productive petrochemical unit in the country.
Based on its rated capacity, the plant must supply somewhat more than 300,000t/y of petrochemicals while it processed 113,000t of products by the end of Tir (4th Iranian calendar year).
The plant contributed to 1.3% and 0.71% of the country's total tonnage and output of petrochemicals during the same period.
Laleh Petrochemical Plant produces high-quality polyethylene which is exported to destinations like India, Algeria, China, Africa, Greece, Turkey, Germany and Europe.
The plant is fed by 306,000 tons/year of olefin supplied by Maroun Plant.
