Following a meeting with a visiting delegation of Austrian financers, he said the firm is interested to invest 6 billion dollars in Dehloran petrochemical plant and Dehloran NGL oil refinery.
He did not introduce the foreign company but said due measures will be taken to sign the projects’ contracts in one month.
Earlier, the official said the Russian firm Zarubej Neft is going to dispatch a delegation to carry out a field study on Ilam’s oil and gas fields.
Last summer, the Iranian province and the Russian company signed an MoU to develop bilateral relations.
