Veep Urges Coordination between Tehran, Algeria on Oil Price

TEHRAN, May 17 (Shana) -- First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri urged coordination between Iran and Algeria on oil price.

He made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Algerian Minister of Industry and Mining Abdessalam Bouchouareb.

The official referred to the sensitive situation of Islamic World today and noted that Tehran and Algiers should play their historic role in this regard.  

He encouraged expansion of all-out ties between the two states particularly the privates sectors, adding that Iran sees no limit for expansion of ties with Algeria.

Iran and Algeria economies are very much reliant on oil revenues but we should try to diversify government revenues by developing the industrial sector, Jahangiri noted.

First vice president said that the current oil prices are not actual.
 
He underlined that Iran has good experience in fields of petrochemicals, auto and steel industry as well as Small & Medium Enterprises (M/o MSME), noting that Islamic Republic is ready to transfer its experience to Algeria.
