Inspired by the Caspian Energy Network theory, the MoU considers Iran's strategic status in energy sector and aims at establishing cooperation between Iran and Scotland on energy matters.
From Tehran University, Hassan Iranmanesh, who also heads the Institute for International Energy Studies (IIES), from the Iranian private sector, Hossein Mir Mohammad Sadeghi, head of the research and training institute of Iran Chamber of Commerce, and Chris Cook from Petro Scotland signed the document in Tehran on Monday.
