MP Supports Idea for Raising Oil, Gas Exports

TEHRAN, June 26 (Shana) – An Iranian lawmaker says the idea of increasing oil and gas exports falls in line with general policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran establishment.

Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Hamid-Reza Fouladgar told Shana that oil revenues should be channeled to the productive sectors and to completion of the value chain.
He commented on government policy of reviving Iranian export quota in the world oil market and said increase in production of the hydrocarbon products is hoped to keep in pace with the value chain in the oil industry.
He said crude sale should lower while raising the share of end products in the domestic markets.
