Speaking on the first day of the Government Week, Alirezaei said the refinery is one of the main achievements of the petroleum industry which is being developed by Iranian companies without any foreign partnership.
He said Phase 19 is the first phase of the supergiant South Pars Gas Field which is being developed based on offshore gas and desulfurization of the phase's gas output will start in the near future.
Phase 19 is being developed for production of 2 bcf/d of gas.
