Zanganeh said more than 600 million dollars had been invested in the Kaveh Petrochemical Facility by the private sector during sanctions.
He said a minor portion of the capital had been financed by the banking system.
He noted there is no problem with providing the facility with the feedstock.
The minister said the HSE mandates should be observed in putting the facility into operation.
He then left Kaveh Petrochemical Facility for Asalouyeh after the visit.
