Director of Engineering and Projects at the Iranian Oil Pipeline and Telecommunication Company (IOPTC), Abolghasem Mousavi, told Shana on Saturday that the increase in value belongs to three projects, worth 218.7 billion rials.

He said during the same period last year, only one project, worth 198 billion rials, had been implemented.

He hoped that by end of this year on March 20, 2017, five more projects will be initiated.
