OPEC Secretary General, Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, the IEA Executive Director, Dr Fatih Birol, the IEF Secretary General, Dr Sun Xiansheng, Kuwait Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Acting Minister of Oil, Anas Khaled Al-Saleh, Russian Federation Minister of Energy, Alexander Novak, Saudi Arabia Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, Khalid A. Al-Falih, Venezuela People’s Minister of Petroleum, Eulogio Del Pino, Total Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Pouyanné, and Shell Vice-president of Crude Trading, Mike Muller, will be other lecturers in the meeting.
