The president said government has been concentrating its efforts on removing impediments on the way of investment and economic vibrancy.
He said the most important move, taken by government in the past three years, has been bringing about peace in the social, political, economic and diplomatic domains.
He went on to say that a group of people suppose no talks should be held with the foreign party but promotion of ties with the outside world is marked as a very important historical, economic and scientific opportunity.
He said the aim of nuclear talks and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) has been preparing the ground for investment, technology and commercial relations, and export of goods and services.
