NIOC: Crude Oil Exports to Hungary Finalized

TEHRAN, Oct 01 (Shana) – Director of the International Affairs Department at National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Seyed Mohsen Qamsari says sale of one million barrels of Iran's crude to Hungary has been finalized.

Qamsari told Shana that all European crude consignments that are to be passed through Suez Canal should be one million barrels.

Talks for crude sale to Hungary started early 2016. Hungary, a country in central part of Europe and its capital is Budapest, has a population of about 9,880,000.

Qamsari had already told Shana that total amount of Iran's crude and gas condensate exports stood at 2,740,000 bpd in July and gas condensates had a share of 600,000 bpd in the total amount.

The official said the destination of one fourth of Iranian gas is Europe and the rest Asia. 

As for the destination of the gas condensates, Qamsari said Iran's gas condensates are headed only for Asia.
