Speaking in a meeting with Brazil's Minister of Mines and Energy Fernando Coelho Filho in Tehran on Saturday, Zangeneh saidBrazilian companies, especially Brazil National Oil Company (Petrobras) has very good experience in oil exploration and development of the oil fields in deep waters. "We need to access such experiences in the Caspian zone."
He added that the two sides are eager to expand ties in the oil and gas sectors.
He noted that, however, solid banking relations is the requisite for Iran-Brazil cooperation.
