PRTC Managing Director Esmaeil Qanbari said the new PE grade was produced by the company’s devoted researchers at its Arak offshoot.
Designing, construction, operation and startup of the project were carried out by Iranian researchers, he said.
The item meets all international standards and was produced for the first time in the country, Qanbari added.
Previously Iran had to import the item. Now the item’s domestic production will save the country a lot of cash, he added.
