IranPlast Kicks off in Tehran

TEHRAN, Sept. 24 (Shana) -- Iran's biggest polymer and plastic industries' showcase, IranPlast 2017, started on Sunday.

First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri, Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh and Managing Director of National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Marziyeh Shahdaei attended the exhibition's opening ceremony.

The 11th edition of the event is mounted with as many as 1,124 companies from 24 countries in the Iranian capital, Iran.

The fair is organized in the four sections of raw materials, end-used items, semi constructed items, machinery and services.

The exhibitors come from countries like Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, India, Serbia, Italy, South Korea, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Thailand, Czech, Cyprus, Turkey, Taiwan, China, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
