Speaking to Shana, the official said IGTC is the Middle East's first and the world's 4th biggest gas delivery company for the size of its pipeline network and delivery facilities.
Only the US, Russia and Canada have bigger gas delivery systems than Iran in the world, Mr. Tavakoli said.
He said the company also carried out cleansing pigging operations for 5,200 kilometers of pipelines and smart piggings for another 520 km during the period.
