Iran's Oil Industry Activities, Unsanctionable: MP

TEHRAN (Shana) – The deputy chairman of the Hope Faction of the Iranian Parliament said Iran’s oil industry would continue to develop despite sanctions.

“Stopping Iran's oil exports is nothing but an empty slogan, because we have our customers and have also found new ones,” said Abdul Karim Hosseinzadeh in an interview with Shana.

Pointing out that the supply and demand of the world's crude oil markets are clear, the MP said: "The demand for oil in the market exceeds that Trump claims, so our oil exports will not go down to zero, and as we witnesses, US President Donald Trump had to issue sanctions reprieves to eight countries.”

He said, "We have experienced sanctions in different periods; this time the Americans look at the boycotts differently, and we will also have different scenarios for this type of look."
