Khatami told reporters here that Iran was waiting to receive a detailed proposal from the European countries engaged in negotiations with Tehran. “We will definitely reject their offer if enrichment freeze exists in it and we have told them before,” he said. “We will never disavow our sovereign right to master peaceful nuclear technology,” he added. “We will not quickly resume the enrichment and we are continuing negotiations. However, we will start work in the Isfahan Uranium Conversion Facility which does not feature on our enrichment process,” Khatami said.
