Mohsen Shaterzadeh told Petroenergy Information Network that oil and gas industries have observed this law less than other domestic industries. The official noted that Ministry of Industries and Mines has proposed amendments to the law to increase role of Iranian contractors in implementation of various projects. He noted that when the amendment is approved, BOO and BOT contracts will also be implemented according to the said law.
