"Following the JCPOA, the economic atmosphere became easier; Iran is selling its oil; its trade, shipping and insurance have resumed and petrochemical as well as other [oil-dependent] industries are operating more smoothly," the official said on Sunday in a live televised interview.

However, he said, "we believe there are still a lot that needs to be solved but many of them have already being sorted out."
