Vega told Shana at Iran Oil and Gas Show that his country would like to benefit from Iran's experience in the energy sector.
He said Cuba could buy oil from Iran, use Iran's experience in drafting oil contracts and signing agreement for attracting foreign investment.
Vega said that Cuba would be willing to import Iran's oil technology to be applied in the Latin American country.
He said that no negotiations had already been held with Iran to that effect.
