Manouchehri noted that, at present, there is no major obstacle on the way of implementing phase 12 project and NICO Company has undertaken financial costs of the project. He said all legal formalities for launching the project have been carried out including obtaining approvals from Economy Council, National Iranian Oil Company and a three-member commission. South Pars phase 12 development project aims at daily production of 3 billion cu. ft. natural gas as well as 9 million tons liquefied natural gas per year and 855 million cu. ft. sweet gas for injection into cross country network.
