The city's energy supplier Kievenergo has failed to provide full heating in several residential districts of the Ukrainian capital, and temperatures in apartments stay at about 18 degrees Centigrade (64.4 Fahrenheit). Many residents have to use additional heating devices, the NTN television channel said. During the recent gas dispute between Ukraine and Russia, the Ukrainian government introduced tight gas consumption limits, including for household needs.
