Gholamreza Manouchehri told Petroenergy Information Network that Energy Tehran Company has been assigned contractor for consultation on the project and said that this will be the first group of Iranian experts to be sent to Venezuela to follow up the project. The official stated that three experts from Petropars Company will be sent to Venezuela and added that as soon as location of Petropars Companys office in Venezuela is determined, Petropars will dispatch its specialists there. He also stated that financial proposals for consultation on South Pars phases 17 and 18 have not yet been assessed. Manouchehri said Worley Parsons Company is a contestant for consultation operations on phases 17 and 18 and is also consultant for phase 12 of South Pars gas field.
