TEHRAN – Six power stations will begin operation for generating of electricity in the next calendar year beginning March 21.
Irans power plants are currently producing nearly 35,000 megawatts of electricity but the countrys annual 10 percent growth rate requires a jump in the power generation.
The power plants are supposed to generate between 130 and 159 megawatts of electricity.
